The individual meets the diagnostic criteria for an eating disorder according to the DSM.
The individual is appropriate for outpatient care according to APA guidelines.
The individual is between ages 12-18.
The individual comes from a household with an income bracket of $75,000 or less.
The individual displays motivation towards recovery by being in the preparation and action stage of recovery.
The individual is willing to share his/her story once at a maintenance stage of recovery.
