Emily specializes in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, finding meaning or purpose in life, and adjusting to the challenges of life transitions for all ages. After navigating her own eating disorder recovery experience, Emily knows firsthand just how important it is to foster a trusting client-therapist relationship and cultivate a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment. She embraces a holistic and integrative approach to counseling and believes in tailoring her approach to fit your individual needs while utilizing your strengths. Outside of work Emily enjoys connecting with nature through gardening, hiking, and observing wildlife. She also enjoys cooking, reading, and lounging around with her two cats.
Emily completed her undergraduate studies at Ohio University with a BA in Psychology. She is currently enrolled at The University of Dayton to complete her MSEd. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
